**About the role**

This position manages and co-ordinates the High-Volume Print Cell and Distribution services, overseeing critical aspects of our operations. This role leads a team responsible for efficient warehouse operations, materials distribution, mail services, and high-volume printing. It’s critical to ensure both effectiveness and financial sustainability through a strategic mindset to drive initiatives aligned with our corporate strategy.

This position plays a crucial role in technical support related to learning design standards and materials production. Procurement and contract management for consumables and equipment will be under your purview, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain safety and productivity.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at TAFE NSW’s Ultimo and Strathfield campus locations.

**About You**

To excel in this role, you’ll need proven experience in operations management, particularly in print and distribution. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety excellence are essential.

You are able to think strategically, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency and sustainability. You are quality focused and are able manage contracts, negotiating with suppliers to optimise procurement processes.
