On behalf of Top Floor Solutions a distinguished player in the elevator industry, boasting a legacy of excellence, specialising in lift installations and removals, our team of hard-working, safety-focused and reliable lift technicians is the cornerstone of our success. Located in Annandale, Sydney NSW 2038 area, we are conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled Instrument and Control Service Technician.

**Current Opening**: This opportunity is a full time position (38 hours per week).

Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Examination and testing of all electrical components of lifts and control systems to identify faults.
- Fitting and repairing electronic instruments and control systems or co-ordinate the ordering of functional stock and consumables to replace faulty stock.
- Installation and maintenance of all company lifts according to procedure and standards set by the company.
- Equipment reassembling, testing operation and adjustment.
- Advising customers and colleagues of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions with TOP FLOOR SOLUTIONS’ installations.
- Updating information and referencing on job cards and improving procedures were deemed necessary to ensure the effective operation of electronic instruments related to lifts and escalators.
- Quality Control on all products relating to respective Department with reference to electronic instruments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- AQF Certificate III, AQF Certificate IV or relevant qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Technical working knowledge of electronic control system
- Be mature, driven and hold themselves to the highest of standards.
- Be organised and have exceptional time management skills.

**Salary**: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000
