Your new role

As a Structural Engineer, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to construction, working closely with clients, architects and builders. This role offers strong autonomy and the chance to broaden your technical and project management capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering structural designs across residential and light commercial projects
- Preparing calculations, sketches and documentation for approvals and construction
- Coordinating with architects, builders and certifiers
- Undertaking site inspections and providing practical engineering advice
- Managing multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in a structural engineering role, ideally within a consulting environment
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Experience working on residential and/or building structures
- Proficiency in structural design software such as SpaceGass, SLABS, TEDDS or similar
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and project stakeholders
