- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including referrals
- Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and product recommendations based on client needs
- Coordinate with internal production and support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
- Maintain detailed records and sales activity within the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand client spend across various product categories
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support the ongoing growth of the company What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years of phone and face-to-face sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and create urgency in a sales process
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with decoration methods (pad printing, screen printing, engraving), supplier relationships, and product/timing expectations
