Bartender:
- Prepare cocktails, beers and other beverages efficiently
- Recommend drinks that pair well with our BBQ menu
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol Waitstaff
- Welcome guests and guide them through the menu
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest experience Shared Responsibilities
- Process orders and payments using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the venue
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts What We’re Looking For

- RSA certificate required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or cafes preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience, including cocktail making, preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
