Concierge Part-time (Applecross)

We are looking for an an experienced and friendly part time concierge for a brand new luxury apartment building in Applecross to assist residents over the weekend with queries, booking amenities and services.

Previous experience in a hotel or Apartment building as Concierge/Customer Service is essential for this role and will be required for a successful applicant.

As the primary contact for all residents, the Concierge is expected to be well versed in the operation of the building, building amenities, way finding, provided resident services and local bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Concierge will posses a customer centric approach and present well when liaising with residents, guests and visitors.

Working closely with the building Facilities Manager and Cleaners, the Concierge will ensure that the building is well presented, amenities coordinated and personal services provided for all to enjoy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.70
- $53.92 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Concierge Experience either in hotel or apartment building: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
