Australian Offshore Solutions (AOS) provides support to the offshore oil and gas industry offering a diverse range of services including vessel charters, marine and rig manning and other specialised marine services. We have a agile and highly respected team made up of skilled oil and gas professionals with many years industry experience.

Due to recent expansion we are seeking the services of a Crewing Officer to be based in our Applecross office.

Reporting to the HR/IR Manager, key responsibilities will include:

- Crew management
- daily liaison on crew related matters
- Client liaison
- creating and maintaining rapport with our clients
- Arranging flights, accommodation, transfers and other logistics for offshore personnel, both Australian and International based
- Arranging pre mobilization requirements including employment contracts, inductions, medicals, etc.
- Arrange training for offshore personnel specific to Client and AOS requirements
- Implementing crewing rosters for offshore personnel
- Updating and maintaining AOS data base (OPMS) with employees’ personal details, rosters and training, etc.
- Maintaining HR files both soft and hard copies
- Liaise with payroll and accounts departments and approval of crew expenditure, timesheets, etc
- Updating training matrix as required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise
- Strong computer and numeric skills.
