About BODILE Operating from a design studio headquarters in Perth, Western Australia, BODILE has built a global presence in the dancewear space. Worn by professional ballet dancers, elite students and recreational dancers worldwide, moving between studio, stage and the moments in-between. The Role BODILE is a female-founded Australian brand with a distinct visual language, developed through a close-knit creative team and a strong point of view. We're looking for a part-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our studio, starting at 15 hrs per week (with view to potentially more). This is a hands-on role working directly with the brand's Art Director across campaign and brand output. The focus, at least initially, is post-production . You'll be responsible for retouching and preparing image assets for marketing and brand communications, particularly our twice-weekly EDM launches and website. The pace is consistent and the role would suit someone who enjoys working close to the detail and understands how much restraint valuable retouching requires. Alongside post-production, you will occasionally provide support across shoot preparation and day-to-day design tasks spanning digital and occasional print work. Role Purpose To support the delivery of clean, resolved, on-brand visual assets across all channels. This role is a foundational position within a small creative team, where strong execution matters more than volume. Key Responsibilities Post-Production & Retouching
- Retouch campaign and ecommerce imagery with a high level of accuracy and restraint
- Maintain consistency across skin tones, fabric detail and colour
- Prepare final assets for EDMs, website and marketing channels
- Work to tight turnaround times without compromising finish Shoot Support
- Assist with shoot preparation when required, including image references, shot lists and asset readiness
- Manage post-shoot file handling and selection workflows Applied Design
- Resize, adapt and roll out approved creative across digital channels
- Support with web assets, EDM graphics and light print collateral
- Ensure all outputs align with brand standards Asset Handling
- Organise and maintain image libraries and working files
- Follow clear naming conventions and version control
- Keep files accessible, structured and current Skills & Experience
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- Solid retouching ability with a sharp eye for detail
- Understanding of composition, colour and visual balance
- Comfortable working to deadlines and repeat weekly cycles
- A clear point of view on fashion, beauty, and image-led brands
- Graduate-level or 1-2 years experience as a professional graphic designer are suitable for this junior level position
- Previous fashion or beauty industry experience preferred but not essential for this role Working Style
