Concierge Part-time (Applecross)

About the Role: We are looking for an an experienced and friendly part-time concierge for a brand new luxury apartment building in Applecross to assist residents over the weekend with queries, booking amenities and services. This role is a permanent part-time role Saturday 4 hours & Sunday 3 hours each shift with the option to assist with leave coverage for our wider concierge team. Previous experience in a hotel or Apartment building as Concierge/Customer Service is essential for this role and will be required for a successful applicant. As the primary contact for all residents, the Concierge is expected to be well versed in the operation of the building, building amenities, wayfinding, provided resident services and local bars, cafes and restaurants. - Robust Administrative & Tech Skills: A robust admin background with the proven ability to manage busy inboxes, multitask, and seamlessly use multiple computer software systems, phone applications, and Microsoft Office.
- Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or concierge role, preferably within a luxury residential or hotel setting. (Please note: Only applicants with prior experience will be considered).
- Exceptional Organisation: Outstanding time-management skills with a meticulous eye for detail regarding space presentation and cleanliness.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Bonus Skills: Prior knowledge of building security and access control systems is highly advantageous. The Concierge will posses a customer centric approach and present well when liaising with residents, guests and visitors. Working closely with the building Facilities Manager and Cleaners, the Concierge will ensure that the building is well presented, amenities coordinated and personal services provided for all to enjoy.
