We’re looking for a skilled, client-focused **Receptionist** to join our Bull Creek Clinic. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people every day, takes pride in their organisational skills and wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the first point of contact for clients—greet, assist, and schedule appointments.
- Support the clinic Audiologist by coordinating bookings and following up with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, to ensure a welcoming clinic environment.
- Contribute to strategies that increase client inquiries, increase clinic foot traffic, and enhance overall clinic success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience in reception or customer service**, preferably in healthcare or allied health.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with a professional and approachable manner.
- **Ability to manage a busy clinic environment**, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Confident using computer systems and booking software**, with strong attention to detail.
- **Proactive and organised**, with the ability to anticipate clinic needs and support the team effectively.
