Description
Handling day-to-day enquiries from employees and managers regarding Human Resources related issues, policies, and procedures.

Ensure Workcover cases are managed, working closely with the Injury Management Coordinator

various HR activities such as: recruitment, performance management, remuneration reviews, succession planning, training, career development, engagement & morale and HR policy guidance.

resolution and management skills as well as solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment

managing, inspiring and developing staff providing customer services

planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided

Develop thorough knowledge, understanding and utilisation of company Human Resource Information Systems

End-end recruitment

Manage and operate high quality documentation and record keeping.

Pay: $80,000.00
- $120,000.00 per year
