Position Overview: As an Appointment Setter and Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance with their mortgage needs. You will schedule consultations, address customer inquiries, and ensure that clients receive exceptional service from start to finish. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our collective success and maintaining our high service standards.

This is NOT a high-pressure cold-calling role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for mortgage brokers with potential clients.
- Follow up warm enquiries and reconnect with prospective clients from our existing database.
- Confidently guide conversations with prospective clients using our proven training, systems, and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain an organised calendar for brokers and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding mortgage products, processes, and loan status.
- Engagement with potential clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided and maintain robust relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Achieve daily KPIs, including outbound calls and appointments booked during your workday.

Hours Casual position offering consistent ongoing hours of approximately 15–20 hours per week. Flexible weekday roster available, applicants must be available to work into the early evening (approximately 6:00 pm–6:30 pm).

Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in appointment setting, preferably in the finance or real estate industry, is desirable but not essential.
- Call centre experience is not mandatory, but would be highly regarded
- Exceptional active listening skills and a genuine passion for assisting individuals
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle data with care.
- A dedication to meeting both company and personal KPIs
- A warm, confident, and professional communication style with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A highly professional telephone manner
