As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will support the Store Management team in achieving store‑wide objectives and upholding a culture of high performance and excellent customer experience, with a specific focus on the Communications department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales and profitability targets by training, coaching, supporting, and providing feedback to the Communications Team.
- Leading and maintaining the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
- Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on safety, including in‑store processes and incident reporting. Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, with proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of telco.
- Proven customer service experience and cash handling skills, including use of EFTPOS facilities and preferably electronic POS systems.
