- $111,142 plus superannuation. The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Team Leader to provide a critical role within Offender Services, Corella Place, and Emu Creek. About the Business Unit The supervision of Corella Place residents is done in accordance with the Offender Management Framework. About the Role Some of your duties will include:
- Coordinate the day to day operational aspects of Corella Place (two sites).
- Perform the duties of Officer in Charge in the absence of the Operations Managers.
- Responsible for the performance management of a team, including career development, maintenance of professional standards and best practice service delivery. About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A qualification and/or relevant experience.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence is required.
