**Full time, Permanent Position
- Up to $85,000 Plus Super**

**Ventia** is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven **Planning Support Officer** to join our **Infrastructure Services team**. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this is your chance to make a real impact.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage SAP and Ariba processes including purchase / sales orders, stock reporting, and procurement activities to ensure continuity of operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and planning teams to ensure operational goals are met through effective support and coordination
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to enable safe, efficient, and transparent work execution
- Support monthly reporting and data submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations
- Maintain planning registers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with reporting tools and systems such as Power BI, VisRes, MS Project and SHEQ systems
- Demonstrated experience in materials management is desirable
- Someone who’s organised, versatile, and thrives on meeting deadlines
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
