We deliver a wide range of services across Western Australia, supporting people experiencing family and domestic violence, homelessness, mental health challenges, and other complex needs.

In partnership with Yorgum Healing Services Aboriginal Corporation and a network of specialist providers, we operate the Armadale Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Hub—a collaborative, multidisciplinary service that provides victim-survivors with access to holistic, culturally secure support in one accessible location. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, inclusive practice that respects people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.

**About the Role** The Business Support Intake Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the FDV Hub while supporting timely and effective client intake.

You will manage referrals, coordinate intake processes, and provide high-quality administrative support to the service. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone highly organised, responsive, and committed to supporting people with empathy and professionalism.

**You’ll Need**
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Community Services, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in office coordination and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills (written and interpersonal)
- Ability to respond to clients with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism
- Experience working in culturally appropriate ways

**Desirable**:

- Experience in community services, health, or social services
- Understanding of Family and Domestic Violence (FDV)
- Experience using client management systems (e.g. SafeNet)
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Skills in trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and conflict management

**Pre-employment requirements**:

- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
- First Aid Certificate
