**Key responsibilities**:
- Support the Project Manager and Operations team to keep things running smoothly and on schedule
- Use Ventia and client systems to track, report, and manage planned work, making sure everything meets project requirements
- Spot any time-sensitive issues early that could impact delivery and help find solutions
- Work closely with third-party contractors and service providers to keep things moving without delays
- Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing completed works for timely and accurate claims

**What we’re looking for**: We’re seeking a qualified and professional **Project Administrator** who brings a strong track record, relevant expertise, and a collaborative mindset to the team, along with:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Experience in planning and scheduling work to support project delivery
- Exposure to Western Power systems is desirable
- Robust time management, planning, and organisational skills
- A confident problem solver with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organised with a focus on quality and precision
