**The Company**: PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.
Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.
**The Position**: We are currently seeking a customer centric Administrative Assistant/Customer Liaison Officer to join our small team. This role will ensure our customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous, and which is delivered to a quality level that satisfies or exceeds the customer's requirements.
**What you will do**:
- Providing a seamless interface between our customers
- Day to day administration tasks
- Liaising with our external/internal customers
- Proving cost effective solutions for our customers
- Reception duties
- Entering all orders/pricing into our system with high precision in a timely manner
- Support our customers’ needs through quoting, booking and order entry
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations and profile
- Maintain computer-based information, data systems and generate reports/invoices as required
- Maintain a high standard of office housekeeping at all times
- Other duties as required by management
**What you will bring**:
- Manual drivers licence
- Team player with exceptional time management and high attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Customer Service and Administration experience preferred
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working in a similar industry is advantageous
