About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our Accommodation Services team. You’ll assist clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence. The role involves personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments. Benefits
- SCHAD’s Award Level 2 Pay rates from $34.58 – $37.73 (base rate) or $43.23 – $47.16 (casual rate)

- Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements

- Build positive relationships with clients and families

- Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
- Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Flexibility for diverse shifts and rostered work
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
- Current Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
- Access to a personal vehicle for work use, if required Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
