**About the Role**

With preference, we are looking for someone with a hunger to drive our brands social channels through strategic campaigns and content to build brand awareness, followers, engagement and revenue. **Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and colour-grade video; create animated sequences, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop storyboards and concept sketches; collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into creative assets.
- Optimize assets for multiple platforms (web, mobile, social, digital signage, print) and ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain social and production schedules, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prepare final files and export assets in required formats; document versioning and asset libraries.
- Stay current with design and motion trends, tools, and best practices; propose new formats and creative approaches to improve engagement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure accessibility and performance standards are met.

**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years professional experience in multimedia, motion graphics, or related design roles (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with video codecs, export settings, and file workflows.
- Strong typography, layout, colour, and composition skills.
- Experience with motion design principles (keyframing, easing, masking, compositing).
- Basic audio editing and sound design skills.
- Experience designing for social-first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.

**Nice To Have Qualifications**
- Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or advanced compositing (Nuke).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Knowledge of web animation (Lottie, SVG animation) and interactive tools.
