**What this job involves**: We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Building Manager to join onsite at a residential precinct based in St Leonards! The role is all about delivering exceptional results for both tenants and owners.

**A snapshot of the role**: Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock Inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules Attend committee meetings, prepare reports and make recommendations Provide superior levels of customer service

This is what we’re looking for**: Ability to think outside the box and work with multiple stakeholders Willingness to learn and further develop your career within property An understanding of building trades and contract negotiations will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience within a similar property role or hospitality/hotels background is ideal
