**What You'll Do**:

- Manage a full pipeline of buyer and seller clients from lead to close for off-the-plan and existing properties.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to list and sell properties.
- Conduct market analyses and provide expert counsel to your clients.
- Negotiate contracts and navigate complex real estate transactions with confidence.
- Build and maintain a powerful network through referrals and community engagement.

**What You Bring (preferred)**:

- A valid real estate license in NSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful real estate sales experience.
- A proven track record of closed transactions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-service skills.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to exceed goals.
