We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term Contract(6 months) in our Talent & Acquisition team.

About the role:

Our expectations are that you will be able to:

Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio stakeholders

Track and analyse metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, sourcing channels, and compliance processes

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, supporting business partners in understanding these requirements

A bit about you:

Proven experience in an internal talent acquisition role, ideally within a volume hiring workplace

Strong understanding of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle

prior Workdayexperience will be highly regarded

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Knowledge of and experience of working within the Aged Care sector is advantageous
