**Job Summary**

**Essential Functions**
- Generate and modify customer quotes as requested by Sales Representatives and management.
- Promptly answer inbound phone calls for customers.
- Qualify and execute credit, invoice-only and return authorization requests
- Provide accurate, qualified and responsive support to customers, sales representatives and all other personnel within the organization at all levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to gather required information to produce an RFP response.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timelines are met.

**Required/Preferred Education and Experience**
- Must have 3-5 years solid customer support background, preferably in a capital sales environment.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) in both English
