Automotive Service Advisor (Full-time) (Artarmon)

Scotts Automotive Group, North Shore Honda Artarmon NSW service department currently holds an chance for a driven and enthusiastic **Service Advisor** to join our team.

As your training progresses your day will consist of:

- Providing superior customer service
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- Greeting customers as part of our driveway check-in service
- Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle during the day
- Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
- Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
- Following up lost opportunities

Our Service Department is open from **7.30am
- 5.00pm,** Monday
- Friday.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
