Service Advisor - Mercedes Benz (Chatswood)

We are looking for a experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Service Advisor** to join our busy **Mercedes-Benz** team on a full-time basis. Positions will be based at either **Mosman, Chatswood or Artarmon.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers Customer Satisfaction targets

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Full work rights in Australia
- Experience in a similar role within a Retail or Service related environment
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Punctual and reliable
- Have a qualified attitude and be well organised
- Current drivers licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
