**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced, friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work in the practice to deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, and ensure a pleasant and professional practice experience.

Fluency in conversational and written English is required; the ability to converse also in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right eyewear solutions.
- Provide detailed information about frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Process transactions accurately using the clinical record management system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store workplace.
- Stay updated on current trends in eyewear and optical technology.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
- Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
