**About the role**: At OAC, we believe that exceptional customer service starts with a great experience for our families. As part of our Family Support Team (FST), you'll play a key role in ensuring families receive the highest level of support throughout their journey with us
- from enrolment to transition into school.

We have two opportunities available located in our St. Leonards office, both are minimum 6-month contracts with future opportunities.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to families, addressing enrolment, onboarding, billing, and account queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely enrolment processing and updates in systems (Xplor, Hubspot, Home app, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Enrolments, Billing, and Compliance, to resolve family concerns and ensure a smooth experience.
- Help support Family Support Consultants, fostering a high standard of service across the team. Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve the enrolment process and customer experience.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated problem-solving and solutions focus
- Knowledge of billing, CCS, and funding processes (ideal)
