We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Workshop Controller**to join **Mercedes-Benz North Shore** in** Artarmon.**

**About the role**:

- Manage daily tasks for a team of technicians
- Oversee technician productivity and efficiency
- Prioritise repair orders for timely completion
- Assist with technical problem-solving
- Suggest additional work to the Service Advisor team for customer notification
- Ensure repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures, seeking clarification when needed
- Lead qualified technicians and apprentices to optimise service delivery
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer benchmarks
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in setting and achieving service sales and profit objectives
- Control workshop activity to maximise profitability

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant work experience and trade qualifications
- Previous Workshop Controller experience preferred but not essential
- Current driver's license
- Excellent time management skills and is punctual and reliable
- Ability to lead the team
- MVTC essential
- Air-Conditioning License preferred but not essential
- ASCIS & AUVIS License preferred but not essential
- Demonstrates care and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to safety and following processes
