We have generated a team of Property Officers nationally to drive best practice in how we service our owners and tenants. We are searching for an outstanding customer service agent who is highly self-motivated and ready to learn. This role will comprise of you assisting with residential property portfolio management, including leasing, inspections, rent arrears, and maintenance. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the New South Wales property market through first-hand experience. Or for a property specialist looking to return to market and utilise their knowledge to streamline our property management services. A Day In The Life This role is not for the faint hearted, we are looking for individuals who are energetic, motivated and people-forward. - Lead a diverse entry level portfolio and learn from of the industry leaders in property management
- Assist senior property managers with leasing, inspections, and managing maintenance requests for residential properties.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for both tenants and landlords.
- Keep tenants and landlords updated on key property matters.
- Ensure legal compliance and prepare property reports.
