Communications Assistant (St Leonards)

We’re looking for a people-person who can understand and connect with anyone instantly to join our expert team.

Your mission is to engage and connect with our community so we can spark new conversations and find new ways to support parents and teens.

You'll be in charge of outbound calls to invite people to use our resources, join our events and seek feedback to improve experiences for the future. You'll also handle new inquiries, open new conversations and set appointments.

We're looking for someone who is in their element getting to know new people and making friends. To really thrive, you'll need to be highly organised communicator who can navigate like a pro in the digital world from spreadsheets through to social media. This is a energetic role where you’ll need to keep accurate notes, track the data while being completely at home chatting with people at the same time.

This flexible role is perfect for a mature individual with a lot of experience in communications or might be looking to return to work. You’ll need an ABN and GST registration as part of your role.

- A bit about us**Kalibrate-Ed** is a team of education strategist for students in high school. We work with families who recognise that it's not enough to send their kids to a good school, giving parents a different strategic approach that achieves far better outcomes. We’ve helped struggling students shift from failing to 100%, overwhelmed students get a 99.95 ATAR, and students with ADHD or dyslexia add 18 points to their predicted ATAR.
