- **Job summary**_
**Responsibilities**: 1.Property Management:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, reports and tenant relations.
- Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition, overseeing repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement property management plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
2.Tenant Relations and Leasing:
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property showings, screenings, and lease negotiations to secure and retain tenants.
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies.
3.Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on state real estate laws and regulations.
- Ensure properties comply with all legal requirements and safety standards.
- Handle legal issues, evictions, and disputes in compliance with applicable laws.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
- Certificate of Registration or License qualifications
- Solid knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Chinese speaker is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract
Pay: $90,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
