About the Role SCEE Electrical are looking for skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join us in our Sydney office on a full-time basis. As an Electrical Design Engineer with us you will play a crucial role in project development, growing tender activity and successful project delivery.

Some of your key tasks will include:
- Preparation of technical documentation and specification including schematics.
- Ensuring designs comply with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Working in conjunction with the estimating team to develop construction methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the construction and commissioning phases. About You To be successful in this position you will hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and have at least 5 years’ electrical design and engineering experience within the electrical contracting, infrastructure or construction sector working on large-scale data centre or infrastructure projects. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience delivering electrical design solutions for datacentres or other complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving capability with the ability to interpret client requirements and develop practical engineering outcomes.
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret the Project Contractual requirements
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational skills and a high-level attention to detail
- Well-developed numeracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team.
