Description & Requirements As our Senior Postal Delivery Officer – Walker Postie, you’ll be operating and delivering on foot utilising a backpack or a wheeled trolley as the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting Australians every single day. You’ll be working autonomously out on the road, interacting with others and being a team player – it doesn’t get any better than that! You’ll be working together with a friendly team of like‑minded people; our community relies on you, and it doesn’t get better than that! You’ll be
- Starting your day early in the morning, sorting mail and small parcels with your teammates at the facility.
- Loading your backpack or trolley with your items for the day and delivering from either the delivery centre or driving to an outstation or location.
- Delivering outdoors in all types of weather to homes and businesses.
- Paired up with our experienced coaches who are committed to engage and take part in your career development. About you
- You’re flexible with working additional hours if required.
- You have excellent attention to detail and a good memory.
- You can confidently lift up to 16 kg of mail and parcels regularly. How we’ll deliver for you
