The Role You’ll take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in the high-end residential space. Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end site management of a $10M custom home build
- Coordination and supervision of all trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Driving programme, quality control, and WHS compliance
- Working closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to deliver a premium product
- Managing site documentation, reporting, and inspections About You

- Trade qualified Carpenter – Cert III in Carpentry
- Cert IV in Building & Construction
- Proven experience managing and delivering multi-million dollar residential builds
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and custom construction methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
