Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) Libraries are looking for an enthusiastic experienced library technician to join a dynamic team in empowering Clinicians, One Resource at a Time with Right Information, When It Matters Most. This is where Knowledge Meets Care.
**Employment Type**: Permanent Full Time **Position Classification**: Library Technician Grade 1 **Remuneration**: $1,413.89

**Where you'll be working** Royal North Shore Hospital
**What you'll be doing**
The Library Technician works at Royal North Shore hospital library and as part of a team, plays an integral role in ensuring clinicians have the access to the latest information about clinical practice.
**_People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply._**
- Completion of Diploma in Library and Information Studies or equivalent, with eligibility for Library Technician membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
- Demonstrated well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of client groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to client-focused service provision, including quality improvement and service evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting and commitment to achieving team goals.
