Renovahouse is currently seeking to employ a full time experienced Interior Designer for our office in Willoughby, Sydney. In this role you will report directly to the company’s Project Manager.
- Consult with clients and stakeholders to determine project objectives, requirements,
budgets, and design constraints.
- Research and analyse spatial, functional, safety, and aesthetic considerations to
ensure optimal design outcomes.
- Develop creative and practical design concepts for residential, commercial, and retail
interiors.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D models, and presentation
schemes using computer-aided design (CAD) and Sketchup software to communicate and refine design concepts.
- Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fittings, and colour
schemes in line with design intent and functionality.
- Coordinate and negotiate design solutions with clients, builders, suppliers, and
contractors throughout all project phases.
- Oversee and supervise the implementation and construction of interior design
projects to ensure design integrity, quality, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all work adheres to relevant building codes, safety standards, and project
timelines.
Pay: $75,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
