Location: Remote/Flexible (with occasional on-site sessions)
Job Type: Part time/Contract
About Us: Vision Football is the North Shore's leading football academy, partnering with some of the area's biggest clubs and competing in some of Australia's biggest football tournaments. Our team is looking to highlight the culture & community around our academy, with engaging & on-trend content to supplement the higher level content we're already creating.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture content across multiple sessions per month with our coaches, players & community, ideally using trending content ideas as a guide & showing off our culture.
Develop fresh, on-trend content ideas that resonate with our audience.
Showcase our coaches, players, training sessions, and academy culture through fun and on-trend content.
Edit and compile reels that reflect our academy's identity and mission.
Be flexible with shoot days & times across the week.
Shoot multiple sessions per week, both on-site and remotely.
Be comfortable in front of and behind the camera, engaging with both players and staff.
Qualifications:
(Ideal) Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in the sports or youth development sector.
Strong understanding of sport and pop culture trends, ideally within the football community.
Proficiency in video editing (on platform or Capcut) and understanding of social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
(Ideal not compulsory) A passion for football and a desire to showcase our academy's culture and community.
