As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you'll contribute to various industrial relations projects and engage in advocacy within tribunals. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the implementation of crucial initiatives. You will be directly involved in change and reform projects, collaborating with a number of stakeholders across the Ministry of Health, public health organisations and related government agencies.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $113,574
- $125,720 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**About you** We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employment relations, Law, or a related discipline awarded within the last 5 years or equivalent experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal growth.
- Thrive in a small energetic team environment.
