**About this role**

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for delivering end to end talent acquisition solutions including promoting talent pools, advertising, policy advice and support on the use of Recruitment and Onboarding system (ROB).
**Crown Clerk 5/6**, starting salary from $93,295
- $102,941 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee all recruitment-related activities for non-executive including bulk recruitment processes and managing recruitment pools and review panel recommendation reports to close capability gaps.
- Partner with the wider People and Culture team and Hiring Managers to provide expert advice and ensure recruitment outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide advice and support on effective talent acquisition strategies and the use of the Recruitment and On-boarding (ROB) system.
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, instructions or procedural guidelines relevant to recruitment processing and on-boarding of new employees.
