**ROLE**

This is a varied role where you will be liaising with international clientele providing exceptional customer service. You will be handling high volume of inbound enquiries regarding orders, product inquiries and problem solving.

You will be communicating with customers in Mandarin, Cantonese and English at a business level.

You will have the opportunity to be trained across all areas of their customer service fields

The office is open 24/7 and you will be on a rotating roster working 37.5 hours per week with option to work from home.

This role is shift based with award and penalty rates in place according to hours worked

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Proficient in all 3 languages
- Mandarin, Cantonese and English**:

- **Available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts.**:

- **Available to commence immediately or **with 1 weeks’ notice.**:

- Phone based experience in preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Can work well under pressure and achieve set targets
