Responsibilities include policy management, client relationship development, compliance, and performing ad hoc duties to meet specific needs, demonstrating leadership, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with coverage and service. 2. Sales and Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products, managing a portfolio of clients. 3. Risk Assessment: Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance coverage. 4. Negotiation & Renewals: Negotiate with insurance carriers, ensure favorable rates, and oversee policy renewals. 5. Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processes, ensuring smooth handling and fair settlements. 6. Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new products to advise clients effectively. 7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments. 8. - A Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in general insurance
