The Opportunity: As a Senior Client Advisor, you’ll be at the heart and soul of the Moncler experience. This position is available on a full time permanent basis. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in achieving individual and store sales targets, whilst contributing to the overall operations and running of the store. We’re looking for a senior luxury retail specialist, who can bring experience, knowledge and creativity, to create an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales results, and maintain lasting relationships with our clients. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey
- from first contact to after-sales care and clientelling
- Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Bring Moncler’s visual standards to life on the shop floor
- Work closely with the stockroom to keep the store running seamlessly, from stock movement to replenishment
- Be an active, positive team player who brings enthusiasm, energy and pride to every shift Who you are:
- An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 3 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment
- Experience working within a structured luxury retail brand, demonstrated success in achieving set targets and KPIs
- A confident mentor and role model, with experience supporting and guiding team members
- Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset
- Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus What we offer:
