As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to centralise, evolve and automate our financial reporting and forecasting. The RoleReporting to the Chief Finance &
- Strategy Officer (CFSO), with day-to-day management by the Group Finance Controller (GFC), the Finance Analyst will be central to the development, evolution and automation of financial reporting and forecasting. This role undertakes a wide variety of analysis across business areas, offering exposure to senior management and the unique opportunity to directly contribute to business strategy at a leading AI for EdTech organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Reporting: Work alongside the GFC and team to build, run and develop Studiosity’s reporting framework. This includes preparing high-quality executive monthly reporting for the CFSO, CEO and Leadership Team, compiling Board papers covering finance, strategy and operations and driving operational reporting (Expense, Cash, KPI) to deliver clear insights across the group.
- Planning: Collaborate with the GFC and CFSO to update, evolve and improve business models supporting the annual Budget process. The role will also assist in running and improving the forecast process.
- Projects &
- Analysis: Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support including the 5-year plan, scenario modelling, deep-dives into key financial or operational metrics and preparing/delivering presentations to managers and senior leaders.
- Relationship &
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong connections across the business, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (including Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance) as well as staff across all business divisions. To Thrive in This Role, You Should Have:Required Experience &
- Skills
- 2-3 years of financial analysis experience in an accounting, banking, consultancy, corporate finance or similar setting.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills alongside experience preparing financial and other corporate reporting.
- A commercial mindset backed by robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail with proven experience producing high-quality documents that encourage fact-based discussions and decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the confidence to collaborate articulately with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations. Qualifications and Experience
- Preferred
- CA, CPA, CFA qualification or equivalent.
