Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant - Dual Role (Lane …, Lane Cove West

FlameStop Australia is the largest independent Fire Equipment wholesaler in the country. Currently we have a role encompassing both Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant duties at our premises in Lane Cove.

**Duties**:

- Face to face customer service
- Answer phone calls, general administration tasks, sales support
- Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
- Booking in of freight via online portals and over the phone
- Receiving in of stock from suppliers or branch transfers
- Manual handling, forklift driving
- General warehouse duties

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will form part of our growing team and be required to work independently at times. This will require a strong work ethic and ability to think on your feet.

Good written and verbal communication skills are required to succeed in this quick paced customer focused environment.

CURRENT FORKLIFT AND DRIVERS LICENCE IS PREFERED, BUT IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THE RIGHT APPLICANT.
