Due to an internal move within our team, we are currently recruiting a **Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator**to join us on a short-term contract**:3 months
- 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday)**.

**This is a critical role within our team and your daily tasks will be to**:

- Conduct background checks, reference verification, and credential validation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and employment standards
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to onboard current hires efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements

**Our expectation is you will have**:

- Experience in recruitment, compliance, or HR administration (preferably in aged care or healthcare)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and employment legislation and advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
