The exciting opportunity Report to the Senior Manager of ICT Service Delivery Permanent full-time on-site role at our State Office in Lane Cove Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues to staff across Australia Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely and qualified manner Troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office applications Manage user accounts, both Onboarding and Offboarding, and perform other basic administrative tasks Document issues and resolutions clearly in the Helpdesk system

About you Solid knowledge of ICT infrastructure and security best practices with experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Active Directory Robust attention to detail, proactive, problem solver can prioritise requests and manage time effectively A personable team player who has exceptional communication skills and can develop strong relationships Full Australian working rights
