We value leadership, self-motivation, efficiency, and strong teamwork. About you:
- Must have a current Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate and Driver's License
- Must have experience working with prestige vehicles
- Must take pride in producing high-quality paintwork
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality finishes within set timeframes
- Capable of completing assigned tasks efficiently, even when working on different vehicle types
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to identify subtle colour differences
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Solid attention to detail and communication skills
