We’re currently partnering with a leading custom home builder to secure an experienced Site Manager to deliver a flagship $10M+ luxury residential project . This is a standout opportunity to work on a true high-end build, managing quality, trades, and programme from the ground up.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in the high-end residential space.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end site management of a $10M custom home build

Coordination and supervision of all trades, suppliers, and subcontractors

Driving programme, quality control, and WHS compliance

Working closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to deliver a premium product

Managing site documentation, reporting, and inspections

About You

Trade qualified Carpenter – Cert III in Carpentry

Cert IV in Building & Construction

Proven experience managing and delivering multi-million dollar residential builds

Strong understanding of high-end finishes and custom construction methods

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to run a site autonomously and problem-solve under pressure
