Role Responsibilities: Protected and timely transportation of Company goods to and from sites Efficient operation of the Prime Mover and associated equipment Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety Requirements Work as part of a team and individually to accomplish tasks and manage workloads. Adhere to transport regulations including Fatigue Management, Chain of Responsibility and Mass and Maintenance under NHVR; Ensure Compliance with all Policies Procedures of JBS Carriers Complete Safe Driving and Vehicle Inspections as required (Pre-Trip Fatigue and Daily Vehicle Inspections Checks) and to hand in at the end of each shift and/or week, along with applicable diary pages To present for work in a condition that is fit to perform required tasks Report all vehicle faults to the Manager and complete a fault report form To keep in regular contact during trips with JBS Carriers Management Report all Incidents/Injuries as required

Skills/Competencies: Identify hazards and implement secure operating procedures Read and interpret maps Use literacy skills to follow sequenced written instructions and record information accurately and legibly Use interpersonal skills to relate to people from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and with a range of physical and mental abilities. Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence (HR, HC or MC)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $76,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
